RoutineAI provides general health and wellness information for educational purposes only. The app, its AI coach, supplement recommendations, workout plans, and nutritional guidance are NOT medical advice and should NOT be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement regimen, particularly if you have existing health conditions or take prescription medications.
2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
RoutineAI uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or may not be appropriate for your specific situation. Always use your judgment and consult professionals for important health decisions.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RoutineAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
4. Subscription and Billing
RoutineAI Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription managed through the Apple App Store. The following terms apply:
- A 7-day free trial is offered for new Pro subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- After the trial, your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods or unused time.
- Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App Store.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. RoutineAI accounts are limited to one per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or access free trial features repeatedly is prohibited. Notify us immediately at support@routineaihealth.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
6. Prohibited Uses
When using RoutineAI, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its underlying code
- Scrape, extract, or redistribute content, data, or recommendations from the app
- Use the AI Coach for medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or emergency health situations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Impersonate another person or create a false identity
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the app
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, trademarks, and features within RoutineAI are owned by RoutineAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User-generated data — including your health logs, preferences, workout history, and personal profile — belongs to you. We use this data solely to operate and improve the app as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
RoutineAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoutineAI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Physical injury or health complications resulting from following app recommendations
- Loss of data or interruption of service
- Any reliance placed on AI-generated content or recommendations
- Supplement or dietary changes made based on app suggestions
You assume full responsibility for your health decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your health routine.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RoutineAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
